Kuta Town Houses - Cancellation Policies

Normal Season

All cancellations need to be informed to us in writing at least 3 days prior to date of arrival. For No Shows and late cancellations, a one night charge will be applied. For Early departures (depart earlier than the original booked date of departure), a one night advance room charge will be imposed.

Peak Season Cancellation

For cancellations done 30 days prior to arrival - no cancellation charges. For cancellations done 7-30 days prior to arrival- one night cancellation charge. For cancellations done 0-7 days prior to arrival- full length of stay cancellation charges. For No Shows or early departures ( from the scheduled date of departure), total length of stay room charges will be applied.

Our cancellation policy for any bookings is no refunds for deposit or booking payments. Any monies owed to a booking after the cancellation will be applied to another booking at a later date For extenuating circumstances you will need to apply via our contact form

Tool Trust - Refunds and Returns

If you are not 100% HAPPY with your product for any reason, "Tooltrust" is happy to exchange it, providing the product is returned to us in its original packaging, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.

In some cases the items shown on the "Tooltrust" site are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the item being sent, Some items presented are for a guide only eg different coloured handles, the carry case is a different colour, etc etc Any substituted item will be of a greater value than the item displayed, at no charge to you

The following items are not returnable * Clearance Items are non-returnable

Defective Items

Defective items must be returned to "Tooltrust" within (7) seven days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. The customer will pay all freight charges including packaging and handling costs.

How to return your item :

  1. Contact "Tooltrust" by emailing to returns@tooltrust.com.au We will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary return information and issue you with a Return Reference Number (RRN). You must obtain an RRN immediately to ensure you are eligible for a replacement.
  2. Send your item to the returns address provided on the contact page. Please ensure that your RRN number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
  3. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped.
IMPORTANT:
  • The return must be received by "Tooltrust" within (7) seven days of the RRN being issued.
  • Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by "Tooltrust"
  • All returns must have a Return Reference Number (RRN).
  • Any item that is returned to "Tooltrust" without an RRN will be returned to sender.
  • If you feel your return falls outside our policy, you will need to contact us on (08) 9490 3180 to confirm your return can be accepted during normal business hours
